The Coit Staffing team spent the third week of January in Telluride, Colorado for our annual off-site training workshop. Despite a re-routed flight and a long mountain bus ride the team made it to base camp at Mountain Lodge. Though the air was thin , the cold biting and the snow dumping, we managed to settle in and get some work done. The purpose of the trip was to take our current skills - somewhere in the middle of the mountain – and elevate them to new heights. Our sherpa, Jenifer Lambert, guided us to the summit and equipped us with new tools to succeed in 2008. After some incredible skiing and an eventful return trip - full of white knuckle prop plane excitement – the Coit Staffers are back in San Francisco ready to put their training into action.
